The CPTAC Private Data Portal Data is a resource for the Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC)
members to facilitate the transfer of data between the Proteome Characterization Centers (PCCs),
Proteogenomic Data Analysis Centers (PCDACs), and Proteogenomic Translational Research Centers (PTRCs).
Each group has a designated area to exchange data with members of their own research team and then
directories are presented to navigate to folders with data shared between project teams.
The PGDAC directory has folders for cancer cohorts in progress and sub-folders contain raw proteomic data
along with files from the CPTAC Common Data Analysis Pipeline (CDAP), such as peptide spectrum matches
(PSMs) and protein summary reports.
The CPTAC Private Data Portal is managed by the Data Coordinating Center project team with scientists and
engineers from ICF and Georgetown University (GU). This resource is supported by NCI at the National
Institutes of Health (NIH) and is part of the Leidos Proteomic Data Management program.
